WE spent a day filming with television presenter and eco-engineer Dick Strawbridge at his small holding in Cornwall.
As well as impressing us with his knowledge of sustainability issues and self-sufficiency tips (not to mention his spectacular moustache), Dick rustled up some mouthwatering flapjacks as a mid-morning snack before serving up a truly delicious lunch, after all, he was a finalist in Celebrity Masterchef 2010!
