Plymouth company Hi-TAMS Ltd specialises in solutions for servicing & supporting Hi-Tech products such as games consoles, hand-held PCs, EPOS terminals and associated services for large corporate businesses.

We filmed with Managing Director Steve Sargent who spoke about how the company improved its efficiency thanks to assistance from MAS-SW in the form of the Six Sigma Green Belt programme. Run by MAS-SW, the Six Sigma Green Belt programme allows a company to analyse its production methods and systems to find solutions for improvement .
