Blue Plate Serves Up A Treat
We called in at the Blue Plate Restaurant in Downderry, near Looe, to catch up with top chef Nick Barclay – and decided to shoot an on-the-hoof video recipe featuring some locally sourced mussels from the River Fowey. Totally delicious - and with a nice kick too, thanks to Nick’s clever twist on the dish.
