All Aboard The New Enterprise…

We were totally awed by the recently-opened Shropshire Food Centre in Shrewsbury when we called into the centre to film with Chief Executive of  Heart of England Fine Foods (HEFF), Karen Davies.

The £7million centre was officially opened on 30 June 2010 and is managed by HEFF, the regional food group for the West Midlands. Not only does the centre house 12 purpose built units for regional start-up and growing food and drink businesses but it also provides meeting, training and event facilities as well as a Taste Kitchen which serves up regionally sourced food and drink thanks to  HEFF’s Taste Kitchen Development Chef, Ed Warren.
